FMC Global Specialty Solutions fills 3 key roles

FMC’s Global Specialty Solutions recently made several hires. Shawn Beam was brought in as North American Sales Manager for Turf and Ornamental, Jonathan Petrilak is FMC’s new Lawn Care Market Manager, and Alan Eife has been added as Programs Manager & Data Analytics Specialist.
Most recently, Beam served as FMC’s Herbicide Product Manager, so he has familiarity with FMC’s entire portfolio of healthy plant growth and pest control products. Prior to that Beam was North America Marketing Manager for ISK Americas and a Sales Representative for Syngenta. He has a decade of experience in the crop protection industry, including international business experience in Canada and Japan. Beam holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Penn State University and Marketing Strategy certification from Cornell University. He has been a Board Member for Beam Farms (Elverson, Pa.) for over 13 years.
Petrilak served as Account Manager of Central Turf & Irrigation Supply, which offers the largest inventory of lawn/landscape chemicals, equipment and related products in the industry. Central Turf recently signed an agreement to become a direct distributor of FMC products. Petrilak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management from Delaware Valley University
Previously, Eife was a Demand Planer for FMC and held the same position at Johnson Controls. Other past roles include Supply Planner for Scholastic and Identity and Access Management for AIG. He majored in Supply Chain and Information Systems and minored in Information Systems Management at Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business.
